Vim woes and other stuff

Vim woes:
— Instead of “:w!”, I type “:w1” by mistake. This happens roughly every 1 out of 10 times.
— I compose a long message in my browser window (at Yahoo! Mail) and hit “<ESC>:wq” The composed mail's lost, and I'm banging my head on the keyboard. Not Vim's fault, really. I got the habit from my Pine days.
Well, that's it. I'm a happy Vim user. I've used it as a basic IDE, with tag browsing (I used JTags to generate tags files for my Java sources). Vim is *the* editor.
Trivia:
— When I'm thinking in front of the computer, I play with the arrow keys. My hands can't rest.
— I had a habit of typing “ls” every 2 seconds. At times I greeted some of my IM buddies with a “ls”.
— I've been typing “exit” to close the IM window. Duh.
— I hit Ctrl+Z to suspend the Yahoo! Messenger app on Windows, and it actually worked! Nah, it doesn't suspend in the technical sense, but it disappears all the windows.
