Letter to the Commissioner of Police

Today I submitted my letter to the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ajai Kumar Singh. I personally handed it over to him, with a brief explanation of the matter. Another copy was handed over to Joint Commissioner Mr. Gopal B. Hosur.
The Commissioner meets the public between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM everyday. Since I didn't have an appointment, I had to go in this slot.
In the two minutes that I got with him, I wasn't able to say much. He said he would take appropriate action after going through my letter. Now I hope the letter conveys the right message!
