Revolutions: 11.05

The Matrix Revolutions is scheduled for a simultaneous worldwide release on November 5, exactly 10 days, 5 hours, and 47 minutes, from the time of this writing. This is one movie I've been looking forward to, not because I expect much from it, but because I'm eager to see how the Wachowski brothers get themselves out of the mess they created in the form of The Matrix Reloaded.

I want to know:

• Who is Seraph? When he says, "I protect that which matters most," what does he mean?

• Who is the mother of the Matrix? The Oracle (please!)? Persophene?

• What does Agent Smith want from Neo after all?

• How is Neo able to stop the sentinels in the "real world" (outside the Matrix)? Is the real world also a Matrix?

• Everything about the Architect and the reloading of the Matrix.

Stuff I liked in The Matrix Reloaded:

• The Freeway Chase.

• 

  Trinity's nmap hack.

• The dialogue between Neo and Seraph:

  Neo: These are backdoors, aren't they? Programmer access. How do they work?
  
  Seraph: The code is hidden in tumbles. One position opens a lock, another position opens one of these doors.
  
  Neo: Are you a programmer?
  
  (Seraph nods in negative.)
  
  Neo: Then what are you?
  
  Seraph: I protect that which matters most.
